Bug Description

These jobs:
 - gate-tripleo-ci-centos-7-multinode-upgrades-nv
 - gate-tripleo-ci-centos-7-containers-multinode-upgrades-nv

Fail the upgrade with the following error:
u'message': u"Failed to run action [action_ex_id=098498ab-e8b0-4200-8807-b79d4e3f98cb, action_cls='<class 'mistral.actions.action_factory.DeployStackAction'>', attributes='{}', params='{u'skip_deploy_identifier': False, u'container': u'overcloud', u'timeout': 80}']\n ERROR: Property error: : resources.AllNodesDeploySteps.properties: : Unknown Property stack_name",

AFAICT this error was came in first here, and the change https://review.openstack.org/#/c/463324/ was merged.

    Allow stack_name into major_upgrade_steps.yaml

    On upgrade we map PostDeploySteps to a different implementation
    which we missed to update in I36a642fbc2076ad9e4a10ffc56d6d16f3ed6f27a
