CentOS-Base.repo:22:baseurl=http://mirror.regionone.tripleo-test-cloud-rh1.openstack.org/centos/$releasever/updates/$basearch/
CentOS-Base.repo:29:baseurl=http://mirror.regionone.tripleo-test-cloud-rh1.openstack.org/centos/$releasever/extras/$basearch/
CentOS-Base.repo:36:baseurl=http://mirror.regionone.tripleo-test-cloud-rh1.openstack.org/centos/$releasever/centosplus/$basearch/

/quickstart.sh --working-dir $WD --release master-tripleo-ci -e undercloud_undercloud_nameservers=172.16.213.1 127.0.0.2

Obviously, this is causing the undercloud install to fail.
