Wrong rendering Neptune and Uranus

Bug Description

Version 0.16.0, Uranus and Neptune has errors in rendering of surface. Error of rendering is gone since september (seems to related to distance).

Pluto is also affected. But also if seen from Charon. So it may be related to distance from the sun, not from the viewer. But why would their moons not be affected?

Also Error has a cycle of approx 184 days. When the planets approaching near sun (approx 2 deg) the error stars & disrepairs when it approaching furthest (approx 178 deg deg) from sun.

r9595 solves the solar position correction slightly differently and avoids the rendering issues.
