UI, Clicking row plus button under route target is not working on configure network creation page

Bug Description

After fresh installation of R4.0 build 20 clicking row plus button under route target is not working. Getting an error message when I checked in console.

The header plus is working. Only the add button of each row is not working.

Issue is seen both Ubuntu-14-04 and Ubuntu-16-04.

Error msg:

Fixed issues with Inserting new row in between existing rows in collections

Seen these issues in below pages and fixed

1)In Network page, Route Target, Export Route Target and Import Router Target Sections
2)In Route Aggregate page, while adding route prefixes
3)In Logical Router page, while adding route targets
