Bug Description
Right now, the inclusion of source lines in the rst output can not be suppressed when using the Sphinx extension.
In the generated HTML, this ends up breaking the lists of items into multiple <ul>...</ul> with just a single <li> each instead of one <ul>...</ul> with multiple <li>s. It would be good to be able to change this not only from the command line (--no-show-source), but also globally.
