Can't type Khmer text in Inkscape 0.45.1

Bug Description
Hi,
I have installed Inkscape 0.45.1 in my Linux system (openSUSE 10.3), It is
very good to see it in Khmer interface.
But unfortunately, I can't type Khmer text only one character. but for
English text I can type them without any problem.Then I swith to English
interface but it is still same problem as in Khmer interface as i mentioned
above.
Hope this problem can be solved soon!

I encountered the same problem. I can't type any Khmer character. The
character just won't show-up.
But I can insert Khmer text via menu Text - Text and Font. Then Khmer text
show-up without any problem.
