Fx 52.1.1, CookieKeeper 1.9.3.1

http://localhost - shows
http://localhost:123 - doesn't
http://127.0.0.1 - doesn't
http://127.0.0.1:123 - doesn't

likely not specific to localhost or 127.0.0.1 but that's where I noticed it.
