Bug Description
Google Cloud has launched a new region, 'asia-southeast1'. It is not yet in the list of known clouds/regions:
$ juju version
2.1.2-xenial-amd64
$ juju regions google
us-east1
us-central1
us-west1
europe-west1
asia-east1
asia-northeast1
nskaggs asked me to create a bug to track this.
