neutron dhcp agent mount /var/run/netns causes problems for Kubernetes + Calico

Bug Description

The neutron-dhcp-agent-daemonset.yml.j2 mount /run/netns.when it deploy,it will create netns ,but when this pod remove,those netns bind files remain.This will result when create new pod,the calico cat not offerd a correct mac address.

my env is k8s:1.4.5 calico:0.18.0 kolla: stable/ocata,kolla-kubernetes:0.5.0

I wonder whether we cloud not mount the netns to dhcp pod
