[UI, 2.2.0rc2] Footer link 'View release notes' is broken and points to 404 page.
Bug description:

Given I in the footer - Release notes
When clicking link I expect to see the latest release notes, but the link is currently broken and points me to this URL - https:/
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I in the footer - Release notes
It should point to the latest release notes and most up-to-date URL link.
