Closing an app while loading restore all minimized apps

Ubuntu 17.04 Unity8
start some apps, minimize all of them. now start a random app and close it fast (alt f4) while still loading (spinner spinning) it will bring up all minimized apps. try with mines/xmir or something because it's a bug right now and it doesn't start, you'll see the loader on a black window and just close it. (here it does unminimize/restore all the minimized apps that i have)

hm.. can't alaways reproduce the bug, there is probably more to it
