Bug Description

contrail-analytics-api status failed due to missing rabbitmq password entry.

/etc/contrail/contrail-alarm-gen.conf . contrail-api we have set this password proeprly

examaple: rabbitmq_password = sXGtGHQqEC3V6rAqCmeWJzNxT

Add amqp_password to the collector commandline arguments

If rabbit-server password is specified in the testbed.py, then it should
be passed in the command-line arguments to the analytics provisioning
script.
