Noticed by a user in the answers section (see https:/
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create document with 0.91, default template (px unit).
2. Open with Inkscape 0.92.1 (no conversion dialog)
3. Add printing marks via Extensions -> Render -> Layout -> Printing marks...
4. All printing marks (except top left) are further away from the page border than they should be (off by 96/90 or ~7.5%)

Closing, as not reproducible in Inkscape 1.2-alpha: When running "Printing marks" on the attached documents, the marks are located correctly.
