Bug Description

update fluentd v12.0 to v14.0

Related errors becaouse of what fluentd need to be updated to v14.0

now we use flunetd version v12.0 ，so we use fluent-plugin-grok-parser shoud < 1.0.0.

As per a conversation with zhubingbing in IRC, a change must be made in both repositories to fix this issue.
In dockerfile downgrade grok-parse and in ansible adapt to older grok version
