clones in patterns not updated when original edited

Bug Description

0.42 Win2k, probably all versions

This is extremely trivial, but if you use a clone in a
pattern and edit the original the clone derives from,
the pattern isn't updated until you force a re-draw.
E.g. by zooming in and out.

Thanks for the great tool and new release.

Cheers -Terry

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48+devel r10014 on OS X 10.5.8:
The first edit of the clone is updated in the pattern-fill, any later edits require a forced redraw.

Bug #708269 “Changing a pattern color with XML Editor doesn't always update canvas”
Same issue with updating patterns after editing a style attribute in the XML Editor: the first edit is live-updated in the pattern-fill, any later edits are only updated after forcing a redraw.
