SM:centos:mainline3036:mitaka:Provisioning gets stuck at compute_started with errors in oslo_db.sqlalchemy.engines

SM:centos:mainline3036:mitaka:Provisioning gets stuck at compute_started with errors in oslo_db.sqlalchemy.engines

1) Install SM mitaka mainline build 3036 ;
2) Reimage the target with centos72; Reimaged succesfully;
3) Issue provision with contrail mitaka centos package; observe that provision gets stuck with compute_started

4) Logs on the /var/log/messages show a loop of the following messages
