Bug Description
Vanilla cluster on centos7 hangs in Waiting state in case of indirect access. It happens because sahara is using netcat for indirect access, so this package should be installed on base image.

include netcat package for centos images
sahara is using netcat for indirect access from
cluster's instances. so, additionally include netcat package
for proper work of indirect access
