Bug Description

Since a few days, my phone doesn't ring on incoming call. A moment ago I received a phone call: my phone rang for a second and the sound turned off by itself. I could answer the call and it vibrated.

My E4.5 doesn't ring by incoming calls under OTA15.
Sometimes it does ring, sometimes it doesn't
