We still see increasing memory usage after adding and then removing models.

We see that memory usage is still climbing (albeit not as drastic as previously[1] but still increasing).

I saw you added a tag to this bug. Does it affect OIL? What version of Juju 2.1 are you running? We have seen vast improvements with 2.1b5. Are you still seeing the issue?
