[06:18:23] <eharney> scsi-target-utils/tgtd was only used on el6 and doesn't exist on el7
[06:18:40] zoliXXL is now known as zoli|relocating
[06:18:49] <eharney> el7 uses LIO which is configured by rtslib, the actual direct Cinder dependency

This blocks removal of epel from our containers.

this may not work for htird party plugins and the tgtd tools have been removed from EL7+.
