Bug Description
Seeing systems systems that fail deployment even though it says installation complete. They're failing in the cloudinit step.

I actually initially saw this with a 2.0 system but I don't see that bug was opened.
I am not sure what log to collect here, so please me know which log may be needed.

This is an issue with cloud-init / curtin combination. I think they proposed a work around but I can't fine it.
