Bug Description

When using horizon_backend_database: "yes" the MySQL-python module has to be installed inside the Horizon source container.

django.core.exceptions.ImproperlyConfigured: Error loading MySQLdb module: No module named MySQLdb

    Install python-mysqldb for Ubuntu in openstack-base container

    python-mysqldb is required by the Horizon database session cache.
