*101# isn't recognised as USSD

Bug Description
Meizu PRO 5, OTA-12/13
When I dial *101#, the phone app tries to dial this number, and naturally fails. But this is a USSD code used to check my balance (Vodafone). Codes like *101*1# work properly.
