nothing updates, recursive problem, think I need to install again - package kde-config-telepathy-accounts (not installed) failed to install/upgrade: prøver å skrive over «/usr/share/accounts/services/google-im.service» som også finnes i pakken account-plugin-google 0.12+15.10.20150723-0ubuntu1

Bug Description
I have no fucking clue, it's just annoying.
It's a security vulnerability because nothing can update - Someone installed ubuntu for me and I have no idea how to fix the problem, as it is recursive... so I am currently using a lot of very old versions of things until I can either fix it, or install windows... which I also can't be bothered with.
