We want to replace the "pulse" blue icon when the image is being imported with the loading spinner.
Bug description:
* Current result:
Given I am in the images table of the Ubuntu section
When I an image is being imported
Then I can see a blue pulse icon in the beginning of the row
* Expected/ correct result:
Given I am in the images table of the Ubuntu section
When I an image is being imported
Then I can see the loading spinner that is a standard icon for loading in MAAS

I saw the spinner on the page with the pulsing icon. The pulsing icon looks better and makes more since, since it matches the other icons in the table.
