Bug Description

According to the documentation of texlive (see https://www.tug.org/texlive/doc/texlive-en/texlive-en.html#x1-340003.4.4), the installation of xetex should create a file called `texlive-fontconfig.conf`, located in `TEXMFSYSVAR/fonts/conf/texlive-fontconfig.conf`, that can be used to make otf/ttf fonts from Latex available system wide. In Ubuntu packages, this file is not created.
