T9 search support for dialer app

This is definitely a wishlist thing, but IMO very important and - probably - not very hard and big to implement.

Dialer app should be able to suggest contacts to call having either a name containing a string made with T9 from digits user entered or a number containing those digits.

What is probably (that's just my opinion) to be desinged and implemented:
- Move the number entry and keypad to the bottom of the panel (just above the call button)
- Put the contact list above, when no number is entered, it could display a message for ex. "Type name (T9) or number to search your contacts" etc. On typing a scrollable list appears with contacts and highlighted matching names' and numbers' fragments
- Clicking on the item would place the contact's number in the field ready to dial

Alternatively, when there is no numbers entered, the suggestion list could show the recently dialed contacts and/or the favourite ones.
