Bug Description

on a z13 mainframe loading/mounting ext4 fails with v4.8 kernel due to failure to load crypto-crc32c module. I guess it should be included in the crypto modules udeb. I'll try injecting it into the d-i environment to see if it resolves the problem.

I'm pondering if this hard requirement results in failure to install on zEC12 systems.

Please include:

./kernel/arch/s390/crypto/crc32-vx_s390.ko
./kernel/crypto/crc32c_generic.ko
./kernel/crypto/crc32_generic.ko

in the crypto-modules udeb.

Downloading these into the d-i installer makes it succeed with partitioning/formatting.
