Bug Description
With a cluster of three controllers, 'mysql-nodes' node cluster metric should report a health status WARNING when the filesystem of one instance of MySQL is full. It doesn't. The health status remains OKAY. Same apply to 'mysql' top-level cluster since it inherits health status from mysql-nodes'
