Bug Description

The tripleo-build-images command currently does not allow one to specify a specific image to build from a set of yaml files. It should accept a flag that allows the specification of individual images to build, allowing for an operator to be able to keep a library of yaml image definitions in a single file, and select a specific image out of those defined.
