Terminator should support regular translations, especially so it can be handled by Launchpad

I think this is now done, but I have no translations as yet to test with.

I have added spanish translations to the branch, there is an es.pot file under po/ to test

should it be called es.po? I've not fully figured out the translation stuff yet though, so I'm not sure.

I'm pretty sure this is fixed in 0.7. My limited testing suggests that the translations work fine. If anyone with more domain expertise knows otherwise, please re-open this bug with some helpful comments :)
