Indicator popovers close when quickly moving the mouse vertically

Bug Description
When I quickly move the mouse outside of Slingshot, it closes. I presume this _might_ be due to some drag-and-drop logic, but it makes Slingshot unintentionally close all the time when I try to get the mouse out of my way for searching.
Slingshot does not close when moving the mouse out slowly.
