Bug Description

The ironic-api component cannot be deployed with Kolla at the moment because the volume specification for the container is *not* a list and thus invalid.

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/344775/ contains the patch for upstream which fixes this - with this patch I can deploy ironic successfully.

    This prevented deploying ironic-api using kolla.

    Changing to a single entry list fixes the problem and allows the deploy to
    succeed.
