Text fields should use a magnifying glass for fine cursor positioning

Other phone OS platforms do this I believe. When you are trying to move the cursor in a text field, it can be very difficult because the text is small and covered by your finger that is doing the positioning.

Instead, a magnified version of what is under your finger should be shown, so you can position the text cursor accurately.
