Bug Description

Broadcast DJ

We need a big indicator that says AutoDJ is enabled or disabled. At least several times during a show I think it's disabled when it's enabled so I start talking when the song finishes, then the next song starts while I'm talking. Very annoying and unprofessional.

What skin (Preferences>Interface>Skin)?

Since v.2.0 Mixxx supports the ``AutoDJ,enabled`` indicator [1], currently used in the ``Deere`` skin. If the AutoDJ is active, the background of the fader changes color, additionally there is an AutoDJ icon in the upper left of the toolbar.

If this is still not enough, you can customize your skin using the AutoDJ controls [1].

I'm using 2.0 and yesterday used Dark Metal for the show and noticed the AutoDJ indicator. That's good! I did run into a problem during the show. I'll create a bug report on this. Quite a few times I was unable to Fade. Usually right after doing something like a station break or checking one of the other libraries. I have to fade almost every song due to silence at the end of the songs, hence the need for an end of song cue point. Problem with Dark Metal is the need for more Samplers. And not having the ability to fade creates dead air which is not good.

Doesn't hurt to add it to all skins, does it?
Where's good place in Shade? Between the crossfader and the Mixxx logo?
