Bug Description

Deployment fails with the following error:

Deployment Logs
2016-06-22 14:48:03 — Action deploy is scheduled
2016-06-22 14:48:06 — Creating VM
2016-06-22 14:48:07 — Deployment finished with errors
2016-06-22 14:48:07 — [oslo_config.cfg.NoSuchOptError]: no such option in group DEFAULT: api_version

    Use a correct config option in example plugin

    CONF does not have option 'api_version'.
    Use CONF.images.api_version instead of CONF.api_version.
