Bug Description
As help docs were updated, the capitalization of the summary / purpose, as well as the flag descriptions were changed to:
Summary - Begins with a capital letter, ends with a period
Flag description - Begins with a capital letter, no period
Not all command help text was re-written by the docs team. This bug will track the modification of the rest of the commands to follow the same conventions described above.
