cannot install libvdpau1 as ffmpeg need

Bug Description

Trying to install ffmpeg and winff but it pulls in libvdpau1. But cannot install libvdpau1.

Isn't this issue also reproducible if you (only) try to update libvdpau1 and therefore unrelated to FFmpeg?
