SD Card Manager only formats cards with FAT32

Bug Description

The SD Card Manager offers to format SD cards, but it offers no choice of file system. Instead it defaults to the non-free FAT32 file system.

Expected behaviour:

Users should be offered free software file system options as well, perhaps Ext4?
For compatibility it may expected to be able to choose ExFAT or NTFS as well.
