Bug Description
Ansible 1.9.4 doesnt work with master branch anymore. Need to have ansible version 2.X. Update the quickstart.rst with this info

Also, remove
apt-get install ansible
from the quickstart guide since ansible installation through package installer will point out to /etc/ansible/
