Bug Description

Tacker API displays/stores wrong description when user create a VNF with custom description.

Also, There was no parameter provided to put the custom description from CLI/Horizon, This bug should address support for the same as well.

Expected Behaviour:

When a user creates a VNF via Horizon/CLI with custom description, It should be shown when he wants see the information of VNF.
