That's wrong job configuration. Job run admin node setup two times. Second setup suggests that admin node disk is empty and vm will boot from CDROM (iso), but it boot from hdd..
Solutions may be following:
1. Split job to two with one admin node setup per job
2. Erase admin node disk between setup
3. Make env snapshot before master node installation and revert to it before second setup
