Bug Description

turbo partition size would not permit xapps as part of the image. we can deliver the curated list of Xapps as part of the puritine click hosted in the store.
This requires the following
- libertine-scope must be added as a default installed favorite on turbo
- libertine-click preinstalled
- an "empty" puritine-click preinstalled

this bug must be coordinated with bug 1583271

Note that if arale shares the same custom tarballs, it should get the same change (this should not fork the tarballs, I think)

agreed, no reason to fork, we will want this on all custom tarballs going fwd for all devices supporting wifi display & desktop apps....which i believe is all.

Well, we said only Android 5 and later based devices would get that feature, so it sounds like we do need separate tarballs. Its only Turbo, Frieza, Cooler and beyond.

Install libertine-scope.ubuntu click from store (1.2 at this moment); add 'scope://libertine-scope.ubuntu_libertine-scope' into com.canonical.Unity.Dash favorite-scopes gsettings key.

Install com.ubuntu.puritine_0.1_armhf.click as an empty puritine click package.

This change will be included in next build of custom tarball.

The tarball has:

com.ubuntu.puritine 0.1
libertine-scope.ubuntu 1.2

Installed, and pinned libertine-scope to favorite.
