Bug Description
From Steph's email:
It now generates report cards properly (which is very exciting!) just for the full grade level, regardless of whether I select "all" students or a specific advisory group. Not a big deal, but would be useful for when we're handing the report cards out to teachers to complete section 3 for their specific students.
