Bug Description

When I try to download Package from panel "Package Definition", it works only for first package.
First not in the order of packages, it's just first package, which I try to download.
Downloading finishes successfully, but when I want to download next one it's not possible.

The cursor change pic to "in progress" view and all options for all packages are blocked.

There is workaround for this issue - to refresh/reload page.
