RabbitMQ status appears OKAY when no data are received

Bug Description

I deactivate on the controller node metrics and logs related to RabbitMQ (basically rm /etc/lma_collector/amqp-openstack_* and rm /etc/lma_collector/logstreamer-rabbitmq.toml and also remove the python module that collect metrics in collectd) and the status of RabbitMQ appears as OKAY where I expected UNK.

In fact the issue was related to how we get information about the node that reports RabbitMQ metrics. We used measure pacemaker_local_resource_active that reports the active controller but if we are in detach mode this is false. So in fact value are reported by it was not displayed in the dashboard due to the wrong node name.
