Use full names for POI categories

Bug Description
In PoiCategories.js, some names have been shortened and are rather confusing than helpful. For example, I see B&B and I am willing to that no one it was "Bed & Breakfast". Why are we shortening this? Why not show full names?

Another example is "Convenience". Looking at the above link, it shows "Convenience Store" which is a more descriptive label.
Let's go through the POI category list and remove all shortening/
