How to reproduce
1. log in Horizon
2. move to [project] - [container]
3. click any container.
4. error will occur (please show the screenshot).

Today, I re-confirmed about this issue and I could reproduce it.
I use devstack on Ubuntu 14.04 and before testing, I updated latest my environment (only Horizon).
# Local change is nothing.

And as far as I test, when I except the change of the patch below, this issue will disappear.

If you have any idea to distinguish whether this issue is a bug, please let me know. I'll try it.

    Remove broken "link" type action

This change also requires switching the Swift UI over
to using a regular button instead of the link.
