Need to be able to associate multiple email addresses with a team

Currently a team can be associated with only one email address (its contact address). This are some cases in which a team could benefit from having multple email addresses associated with.

For instance, some teams have a mailing list whose address is used in the Maintainer field of debian packages that are maintained by that team, and the only way (today) to have these uploads linked to the team is by setting the mailing list's address as the team's contact address. That's not optimal because it means all notifications (including bugmail) directed to the team will be sent to the mailing list, and some teams don't want that.

The only thing which prevents this right now is a UI to manage email addresses associated with a team, as there are no constraints preventing a team from having multiple email addresses.
