Bug Description
The heat template is out of date. It is what we used in Kilo - in other words - it is targeted at docker-compose. It needs a complete rewrite, but I think heat as a test environment offers alot of value for multinode testing, especially if Sam makes his gear available to people in the community. They can simply launch a heat template to setup a development environment.

I'm already working on it, for personal purposes.
I was able to prepare heat templates, based on ubuntu-15.10, containers build from source, as all-in-one.
I'll try to share my work with community.
